RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Christ is first!

This is exactly what is sounds like. We don't want any person, event, game, or anything else take our first priority.

2. We invite others.

We all have the responsibility to invite other students to church or to other church events. We want others to be involved and we want to see others come to faith in Christ.

3. We take notes.

This can be seen on our Wednesday nights. We always have note sheets. We believe in being an active listener and writing things down to process them.

4. No one sits alone.

This applies to Wednesday nights or Sunday mornings, or even on a youth trip. We want people to feel welcome so we see it as everyone's responsibility to make sure no one sits by themselves the first time they visit with us.

5. Everyone has a next step.

No one has "arrived" novena our leaders. We all have a next step in Christ. This goes back to discipleship but it also is a humbling way to approach everything we are learning together. Don't think of yourself more highly than you ought.
